Our history
34 Capital Group was built from the field—not from theory. After more than a decade managing high-end residential, multifamily, and commercial construction projects across California, Idaho, and Nevada, our founder saw a need for real estate investment backed by real construction expertise and true cost awareness.
Starting with small value-add residential acquisitions and renovation consulting, the company quickly gained traction by combining accurate budgeting, disciplined due diligence, and boots-on-the-ground project execution. Investors and partners recognized the advantage of working with an operator who understands both the numbers and how to physically build and improve each asset.
From those early beginnings, 34 Capital Group has grown into a diversified private real estate investment and development firm focused on:

After more than a decade managing high-end residential, multifamily, and mixed-use construction projects in California, Idaho, and Nevada, our founder recognized a gap in the market: investors were funding projects without truly understanding build costs, value-add potential, or risk.
What started as a one-man operation analyzing distressed properties and consulting on construction feasibility quickly evolved into a full-service investment and development firm. Leveraging deep construction expertise, field-level cost knowledge, and strong relationships with lenders, trades, and local agencies, 34 Capital Group began acquiring and repositioning single-family homes, multifamily rehabs, small development sites, and underperforming income property opportunities.
Early success came from selecting off-market deals, accurately budgeting renovation costs, and personally managing every phase—from acquisition to project execution to exit. Our transparent, value-driven approach attracted private investors, partners, and capital groups who saw the advantage of working with an operator who understands both the numbers and the build.
